He has extensive experience as a conductor and repertoire coach training singers and musicians at music conservatories, university faculties, opera house studios and independent programs in many countries including the U.K., Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Canada and Israel.
He leads through practical training in rehearsal and performances in which singers and young musicians can achieve depth in expression and style, acquire understanding, resources and versatility and aspire to lifelong creative development and achievement. He has designed several complete courses of training and engaged Jonathan Miller, director, Judith Weir, composer and singers Fiona Kimm and Dame Anne Evans for masterclasses.
